Many a time people face problems while connecting the mobile to the PC. There may connection problems with the pc or mobile or the medium through which they are trying the connection. Some time this may take a long time in connecting the mobile to the computer or it may not connect.
However there are some basic things that you should know about connecting mobile to the pc for transferring data, games, videos and other applications. First check all the connecting type through which you can connect your mobile to the PC. There some connection types like USB cable, Bluetooth and infrared.
1. USB cable connection
Connecting mobile to the PC through the USB cable is easy. You may have done some USB connection to your computer before this is just like the same you just have to install the PC suite software that are bundled with your mobile. After installation open the PC suite and connect the USB cable to the PC you get with your mobile, connect the other end to your mobile it will automatically detect the connection and install USB software for it. If the connection is not detects check the USB connection is working or not otherwise connect the USB wire in other USB serial port. Once the USB software is installed you will see the removable drive for your mobile. Now you can start sending games, videos, images and any other application on your mobile. This works for the Nokia mobile phones, for other companies mobile the procedure is same just you have to install the software that is supplied with your mobile or you can download the software from the internet.
2. Infrared connection
If you have infrared enabled mobile, you will need infrared dongle for the PC and Mobile software. Infrared dongle is important because it’s an USB device which will help to send and receive infrared signals and acts as a medium between your mobile and the PC.
Now you have to turn the infrared reception in your mobile and connect the USB dongle with the mobile and align the mobile with the USB dongle so you can connect with the PC. Now you can see the connection on your PC and you can send and receive applications.
3. Bluetooth connection
If you have a Bluetooth connection, you will need Bluetooth dongle which is connected to PC and through which you can send and receive Bluetooth signals. First install the mobile software, after the software installation complete connect the Bluetooth dongle to the PC it will automatically install or update the Bluetooth software. Now turn on the Bluetooth on your phone to send and receive applications on the mobile.
